What Can Women Do To Gain Weight

Some women are underweight. If they want to reach their ideal weight, they will have to work hard in the coming days and months as this will not become a reality overnight.

For that, there are two things that the woman has to do. The first is to eat right while the other if they have not tried it yet is exercise.

When we say eat right, we don't mean sitting on a couch and eating junk food the whole day. It means that we have to practice good nutrition. This is achieved by getting the right amounts of fat, carbohydrates and proteins.

A good source of healthy fat comes what is known as omega 3 fatty acids. They are very special because it cannot be produced by the body. You can get this from eating fish and other marine life such as algae and krill. It can also be ingested by consuming certain plants like purslane and walnuts.

You can get protein from lean meat, poultry products, legumes and seeds. This is also important because it builds and repair tissues that are torn down from a workout. They also produce enzymes, hormones and other body chemicals.

Good nutrition should also have carbohydrates. This is the fuel that gives us energy to do our daily activities. So, if you want to remain active, you have to get a sufficient amount that can be found in fruits, vegetables and whole grains.

You can also get these three from food supplements that are available in the form of pills or drinks. This can be purchased over the counter as you don't need a medical prescription.

Eating is just one thing women have to do to gain weight. The other is to exercise. Although working out increases your metabolism, it can also make you want to eat more afterwards. It can also change your body structure as you will soon develop muscles.

Women can gain weight by engaging in exercises such as aerobics, cycling, jogging, running and walking. Some may do weight lifting but not too much to make you look like a man. You can work 3 to 4 times a week for about an hour or two each day and don't forget to bring water or any energy drink to replenish what you sweat.

If you have never exercised before, start with something easy before increasing the tempo. A physical trainer can help out since they have the authority on this matter. But before you do anything, don't forget to get check if this is safe to do from your doctor.

Once you are able to reach your ideal weight, the only thing you have to do now is maintain it. This means sticking to the diet plan you have been using for the past how many months and adding a little variety every now and then as well as making some changes in the exercises that you do either at home or at the gym.

Some say it is easy to gain weight rather than lose it and women are no exception. For those who don't want to be underweight anymore you just have to you eat and exercise because there is no short cut to looking and feeling good.

This can only be achieved with sweat and hard work that is difficult but not impossible regardless of your age

Stimulating Women Erogenous Zones

Both men and women have erogenous zones . This is a fact that has been around since there were females and males in the world. The discovery of these erogenous zones was part of several cultures and civilizations that found these facts useful.

Women's erogenous zones may be different from that of males. Not all women have the same erogenous spots although many women's erogenous zones are in the same vicinity. In spite of these erogenous zones, a woman also needs to find her partner attractive enough to be able to feel some pleasure.

The Head

The head can contain several women's erogenous zones . The ears are considered one of a woman's erogenous zones. To discover which part of the ears can really stimulate her, you can start by gently exploring the ear.

The key to stimulating women's erogenous zones is to handle them gently and lightly. Sometimes the anticipation of what you are about to do with her ear can be stimulating enough for her. Kissing the parts of her ear lightly can send ecstatic shivers up her spine as well as awaken her sexual senses. Gently blowing on the ear as well as behind it can also stimulate a woman.

Another of a woman's erogenous zones is her lips. The lips are filled with small nerve endings that make it more sensitive than any other part of the face. These are also used to express love and emotions through kissing. The same as the ear, the lightest touch on her lips can stimulate her more than a firm hand. Kissing women's erogenous zones , specifically the lips can also stimulate her.

The Neck

The entire neck is quite sensitive to touch, so it is understandable that it is among women's erogenous zones , most particularly the sides of the neck just below the ear. These women's erogenous zones are best stimulated by kissing and stroking and blowing. The arching of the neck, while kissing and blowing on this area, signals a desire to be stimulated more in that area.

The Breasts

These women's erogenous zones abound in sensitive nerve endings that can easily arouse a woman. The nipples are the most sensitive part of these erogenous zones.

Kissing, blowing and sucking on them can really awaken a woman's sexual urges. Fondling the breasts is a stimulant which most women experience.

These are just a few of a woman's erogenous zones that are located nowhere near her lower body. The lower has more erogenous zones that you can discover as well.

Tips on How to Spice up Your Relationship in Bed

Partners need to be compatible in almost everything they do to make their relationship work. It is always a matter of giving and receiving – especially in bed. Married couples tend to lose the spice in their relationship after several years of being together. More so, their sexual relations are getting cold by the minute.

Revive the old fire that used to make your blood tingle down your spine. How long was the last time you really made love like a sixteen-year-old virgin? Wouldn't it be nice to experience the same ecstasy with the same person over and over again, even after decades of being together?

Here are good suggestions on how you can make your love bed sizzle like wild fire even in the winter nights:

1. Fantasize There's nothing wrong in playing make believe. Bring your fantasies into life with your partner. Go out of the routine and start making love to your partner like you never did before. Try making love in other places like the floor, the oak table, or at the pool. Do you have a role that you would like to play? Explore all the possibilities. Act as if you're somebody from some other time and place. Let your imagination be your guide.

2. Experiment How many sex toys have you tried? How many times did you share one with your partner? There's no harm in trying something new. Doing so would definitely bring excitement back into your sex life. Whenever you see new sex toys on sale at the online store, show it to your partner and see how he or she reacts. A hot reaction means it's a go.

3. Plan When you two have sex, do you plan it or does it just happen? Try to plan your next session in bed. Talk to your partner and suggest a sex date. Determine the time, date, and place you'll make love together. Further details about the date can be discussed accordingly. Or you can just skip all those fine points altogether to have room for spontaneity. Then surprise your partner with new moves and exciting positions.

4. Love Sex is an expression of love more than anything. Look at your partner in the same way you that looked at him ten or twenty years before. Remember all the things that made you love him in the first place. Let those be your inspiration each night you make passionate love. Only then would your relationship in bed be better, more fervent, and worth remembering for the rest of your life.

Sexual Dysfunctions In Women

Understanding the physical changes you and your partner will go through as you age can help you prepare for some of the challenges of maintaining sexual intimacy.

If any woman enjoyed a satisfying sex life during most of her adulthood, but lately, intimate moments with her partner are less satisfying than they once were. She might feel as though her sexual desire has waned. Or perhaps things that once brought her pleasure now seem painful. She is concerned about her sexual health. She is not alone, many women experience sexual difficulties at some point in their lives.

During menopause, as many as half of all women - or even more - may experience sexual dysfunction. Sexual activity often decreases in women at the age of 60 due to the relative lack of partners and untreated physiologic changes. Sexual dysfunction in women is more common after menopause, when hormone production drops and circulatory conditions are more common. It is estimated that as many as half of all post-menopausal women experience sexual dysfunction.

The most common complaints that bring a patient to the office include: " Lack of desire, or decreased libido " Inability to sustain arousal, such as genital lubrication " Unable to reach orgasm after sufficient stimulation and arousal " Pain during intercourse Because the ranges of these symptoms are highly variable within the individual, a set of definitions for classifying and studying these complaints are as follows- Causes of Sexual Dysfunction To say that the causes are complex would be an understatement.

There is sufficient evidence that complex emotional, medical and hormonal factors may be responsible. Emotional Causes:

1. Depression is often cited as the most frequent cause of decreased interest in daily activities, with sexual desire topping the list.

2. Chronic stress triggers the fight or flight cascade, and the resulting mental and physical changes will shut off the desire for intimacy.

3. Relationship issues leading to anger or resentment can frequently cause communication and intimacy problems.

4. Histories of sexual assault or sexual abuse are examples of post-traumatic stress disorders that can lead to problems with sexual desire.

Female sexual dysfunction can also be physically rooted. Causes include fatigue, depression, high blood pressure, hormonal insufficiency, heart disease, cancer, diabetes, hypothroidism, adrenal insufficiency. Medication Physical changes brought on by menopause, such as vaginal dryness and thinning might require the use of hormonal therapy or vaginal lubricants. To help strengthen your vaginal muscles or to increase sexual.

Lingerie Seksi Ghairah Suami Perlukah suami minta ?

Lingerie Seksi Ghairah Suami Perlukah suami minta ?

Ok Back to topic, "perlukah suami minta" kepada isteri supaya isteri pakai seksi dibilik tidur ?
Dengan tegas saya katakan "tidak". "Suami tak perlu minta", sebaliknya isteri memang perlu tahu. Memang fitrah lelaki, sukakan perempuan seksi.

Love

Sex Foods to Spice Up Your Love Life

Everyone wants a healthy and active sex life, but all too often, we forget that we cannot enjoy lovemaking if we aren't physically fit. A proper diet combined with exercise can affect every aspect of our lives. We are born with one body, and will not get another one. If we expect the one we have to serve us well, we have to take care of it.

One important way of taking care of the body we have is to feed it a balanced diet of nourishing foods, and stay away from those that are detrimental to it.

There's no one right way to eat that will apply to every human body because each one is unique. And, because of illness, stress, pregnancy, exposure to toxins, the quality of the food supply, and many other factors, no single diet is the ideal diet for everyone at every stage in life. Follow the basic guidelines that will help you find the regiment that's right for you.

Pile massive amounts of love foods onto your plate and get the essential sex vitamins and minerals, Vitamin E, C, and A, plus selenium. Foods high in nutrients and low in fats will help you stay healthier and dramatically enhance your sex drive.

Loving tomatoes are a good source of vitamin C, which aids in the formation of hormones that are involved in sexual vitality such as estrogen, and progesterone. Passionate peaches are rich in vitamin A, which is important for sexual health, providing various benefits such as a strong thyroid and the making of the hormone progesterone.

Erotic black beans are high in another sex vitamin that helps you stay energized and feeling sexually vibrant. Steamy hot onions can help stave off heart disease so that you don't need heart disease drugs, which zap a man's libido and sexual performance. Sensual clams can have amatory effects due to their high levels of zinc, which has been shown to help control prostatitis and impotence.

Diet experts say that the exotic banana is rich in potassium, which is essential for the proper functioning of nerves and muscles, the key to successful lovemaking. The magical asparagus is a rich source of potassium, phosphorous and calcium, all of which are essential for energy, and it stimulates the urinary tract and kidneys (sex drive is derived from the kidneys).

Whatever diet you follow, select fresh foods whenever possible. A varied diet also helps avoid getting too much of something that's not good for you. One thing for sure, a prudent and carefully planned diet can be one of the best tactics for a healthier sex life and longevity.

Vaginal Discharge

When you have a vaginal yeast infection, you may have one or more of the following symptoms:

• Vaginal itching
• Vaginal discharge that may be thick, white, and lumpy like cottage cheese
• Vaginal soreness, irritation, or burning
• Rash or redness on the skin outside the vagina (vulva)
• Burning on urination
• Painful vaginal intercourse (sex)

Why do women get repeated vaginal yeast infections?
Women may get repeated vaginal yeast infections that may not clear up easily with proper treatment. Listed below are some of the causes of repeated yeast infections:

•hormonal changes occuring a few days before the monthly period
•use of antibiotics
•use of some birth control pills
•pregnancy
•diabetes (“sugar” or “high blood sugar”)
•clothing – wearing tight layers or moist clothing in the genital area
•weakened immune system – some drugs (such as chemotherapy or steroids)
•and medical conditions can weaken the body’s normal ability to fight infection.
One of the most serious of these conditions is infection with the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV – the virus that causes AIDS). Infection with HIV causes the person to be more likely to get infections, including vaginal yeast infections.

How can I prevent repeated vaginal yeast infections?
To lower your chances of getting another yeast infection:

Try to keep the genital area cool and dry. Yeast grow well in warm, moist areas.

The following suggestions may be helpful:

•Wear cotton underwear and loose-fitting clothes.
•Change out of damp clothes or a wet bathing suit as soon as possible.
•If you use minipads when you are not having a menstrual period, change the minipads often.
