Perlu ingat ! berhias untuk suami adalah tanggungjawab isteri sepenuhnya. Berhias yang dimaksudkan disini bukan hanya bermakeup lawa, bedak,gincu, perfume sana sini. Memakai seksi juga dikelaskan sebagai berhias. Yang kita faham, berhias yang tu lah. Makeup,bedak, gincu, merah sana merah sini.

Dengan tegas saya katakan "tidak". "Suami tak perlu minta", sebaliknya isteri memang perlu tahu. Memang fitrah lelaki, sukakan perempuan seksi. Kalau tak suka, itu bukan lelaki.

Jadi selepas ni, kita ubahlah sedikit fesyen kita semasa di bilik tidur, pelbagaikan,fesyen-fesyen kan. Sekali-sekala cubalah lingerie yang agak "nakal". Bukanlah saya suruh anda jadi nakal, cuma kita nak tambah "spice" dan sedikit kelainan dalam rumahtangga.

Tak perlulah tunggu suami minta. Anda sendiri yang pilih, apa yang sepatutnya anda pakai bila berada "bersamanya". Kalau anda sendiri yang beri, suami akan rasa dihargai, berbeza dengan apabila dia meminta, baru anda beri. Suami ada ego, dia bukan anak kecil yang suka meminta-minta.

Lebih baik anda beri sebelum dia "minta" dari orang lain.

Early go to bed and early rise is the best principle for health. Dinner has to be taken before Isha prayer.After Isha prayer do not hesitate to go in to bed. And rise before the Fajr prayer.

Never try to obtain the habit of laziness. Try to do your personal work by yourselves. Take a lot of water to the cleanliness of glands, purifying the blood and discharging waste materials of body. Take a bath daily. Water makes our skin fresh and healthy.

Walk as more as possible. It reduces fats and lose weight. It improves breathing system. How To Define Your Life Values

Have you ever designed your values? I want you to know that this could be one of the most powerful exercises that you could do. I remember the time when I designed my values the way I wanted it, it aligned my goals and propelled me in one singular direction.

When you have designed your values, how do you install them so they become a new pattern of thinking and behaving?

Well there are three steps you must do. The first step is to commit to your new values. This is to make a personal commitment and tell yourself that you will do whatever it takes to follow these values from now on.

The second thing to do is to make a public commitment.

How do you do this? Find five people whom you know. Bring your values to them and tell them that you will live by and commit to these new values. Make sure that these people are people you meet every single day, so that in this way they can hold you to your commitment and make sure you follow through.

The second step also consists of being totally aware of your values every single day, every single moment. So write down your values in your organizer in front of your desk, in front of your mirror or anywhere, where you can see every single day.

The third step, the most important step, is to begin making new decisions and new choices based on these new values. So if success and money was your number one value and health was number ten, it is pretty obvious that when you had to make the choice of going to the gym or staying back in the office to work, you would probably put off the choice of going to the gym. This would definitely result in your health and fitness level staying at mediocre levels.

What if you have shifted health and fitness as your number one value and money is brought down to number two? This shows that you have made a conscious choice to put aside time to go to the gym or go for that run, to increase your level of your health and energy after which you would finish whatever work you have to finish.

Again if you were to make a conscious choice to put family and love high up in the values list, you would definitely make new choices and new decisions now.

Once you have begun to consciously make these new choices and new decisions repeatedly and consistently, what will happen? After a while, you will form a new pattern of thinking and behaving in which your values have naturally become a part of you.

So do it. Commit to design your values, design your life, creating the life of your highest ideals.

Slight bleeding
Also known as implantation bleeding. This bleeding can occur about 10-14 days after fertilization. Implantation bleeding occurs when the fertilized egg attaches itself to the uterus lining. Implantation bleeding can also be mistaken for a light period.

The above symptoms are generally common in early pregnancy – but this does not mean you are pregnant. The only way for you to know for sure is to make an appointment with your physician.

The Confidence To Make You A Good Lover

Today I want to cover what I call "foundational stuff"... skills everyone knows you should have that are necessary, but are often overlooked in favor of "more advanced" skills. The truth is though, the "advanced skills" are worthless without a firm foundation, and if you're not getting the results you want, it's often because your foundation has eroded.

Everyone knows women "love a confident man", when it comes to good lovers. But, what specifically does "confidence" mean? Few people really know, even though they like to throw the word around. For instance, I appeared on a national radio program Saturday night, and one of the hosts kept saying, "oh you're just talking about being confident." Well, yes and no. See, there are several components to "confidence" and few people know what they really are. So, since I'm such a generous guy, I figured I'd tell you today!

Confidence to me, means a strong self image coupled with "preparedness." Both of these are important, because both can be created formulaically. "Confidence" by itself cannot be created, but once broken down into its components, the components can be created and strung together to create the emotional state known as confidence.

I can't teach you to be confident. But I can sure teach you how to build a strong self image, and how to be prepared.

If you want to know where most guys fall down with women, it's the "preparedness" part. Why? Because it requires time, energy, and effort. It requires you to invest in your education, to take risks and spend money on information, like th information at It requires you to use and implement this information, and to correct any implementation mistakes. Most guys are not willing to pay this price... much easier to spend their time talking and drinking beer with other guys who are talking and drinking beer.

Preparedness is hard... but when you're prepared you get results. I've seen confident guy after confident guy get shot down in flames by a beautiful woman who was initially attracted to him simply because he wasn't prepared to create a powerful feeling of attraction in her. He said or did something that flipped off the attraction triggers, and off she went with him never knowing why. It's not enough to have a strong self image... you have to be prepared as well. Only when you combine the two will you have true confidence.

It has been reported that this is happening in Zimbabwe as well, please make sure you iron your undergarments before you wear them and make sure that your clothes are ironed when they are dry and not damp. The picture is horrible but I felt that I should share with you. After anthropologist Susan McKinley came back home from an expedition in South America, she noticed a very strange rash on her left breast. Nobody knew what it was and she quickly dismissed it believing that the holes would leave in time. Upon her return she decided to see a doctor after she started developing intense pains. The doctor, not knowing the exact severity of the disease, gave her antibiotics and special creams. As time lapsed the pain did not subside and her left breast became more inflamed and started to bleed.

She decided to bandage her sores however as Susan's pain grew more intense she decided to seek help from a more certified doctor. Dr. Lynch could not diagnose the infection and told Susan to seek the aid of one of his colleagues who specialized in dermatology whom was sadly on vacation. She waited for two weeks and finally was able to react the dermatologist.

Sadly,a life changing event was about to unfold during her appointment.

To Miss McKinley's surprise, after she removed the bandages, they found larva growing and squirming within the pores and sores of her breast. Sometimes these wicked creatures would all together simultaneously move around into different crevices.

What she didn't know was that the holes were in fact, deeper than she had originally thought for these larvae were feeding off the fat, tissue, and even milk canals of her bosom.


Comments: This message has three distinct components:

1. The text, which appears to have been fabricated.
2. The image, which was almost certainly fabricated.
3. The video, which is authentic, though completely unrelated to the text and image.

The image first showed up on the Internet, uncaptioned, in June 2003. As debunker David Mikkelson has demonstrated, it appears to be the product of combining elements from two separate images, one of a female breast and the other of a lotus seed pod.

The cautionary tale about anthropologist Susan McKinley and the larvae infestation she purportedly experienced in South America began circulating with the image in August 2003.

'Myiasis of the breast' is a real medical condition

The video - which is not only authentic but proves that larvae infestations of the breast, though extremely rare, can actually occur - was downloaded from the Web site of a medical journal and attached to the email in late 2005. It originally accompanied an article entitled "Furuncular Myiasis of the Breast Caused by the Larvae of the Tumbu Fly (Cordylobia Anthropophaga)." The case, which occurred in Nigeria, not South America, is described as follows:

We report a 70-year-old woman who presented with a week history of itchy multiple discharging sinuses of the right breast. The sinuses contained wriggling larvae of C. anthropophaga. Fourteen larvae were extracted from the breast and the sinuses healed quite well after the extraction.

Note well that although the particulars of the Susan McKinley email remain unsubstantiated, its anonymous author does know a thing or two about circumstances promoting furuncular myiasis of the breast. "Please make sure you iron your undergarments before you wear them and make sure that your clothes are ironed when they are dry and not damp," the email warns. Compare that to the journal article's explanation of how the 70-year-old patient in Nigeria became exposed: "She usually spreads her washed dresses on a line near the bush and does not iron them before wearing them."

Women should avoid eating too much soya if they are trying for a baby, a UK fertility expert believes.

A study in humans has shown a compound in soya called genistein sabotages the sperm as it swims towards the egg.

Professor Lynn Fraser, from King's College London, said even tiny doses in the female tract could burn sperm out.

She told a European fertility conference that avoiding soya around women's most fertile days of the month might aid conception.

Long swim

Genistein is present in all soya-containing products such as soya milk and many vegetarian foods, as well as some pre-packed meals and pizzas.

It is also present in vegetables such as peas and beans, but the researchers say it is not yet clear if levels if the compound in these foods are significant.

Professor Fraser tested what happened to human sperm exposed to the compound in a dish in the lab.

The compound kick-started a reaction in a large proportion of the sperm that gives them the ability to fertilise an egg.

In real life, this does not usually happen until the sperm have been inside the female for some hours and are close to completing their long swim towards the egg.

Therefore, if women have genistein in and around the womb this could hamper conception by making sperm peak too soon, believes Professor Fraser.

This could mean they would not be able to fertilise the egg, she told the annual meeting of the European Society for Human Reproduction and Embryology.

Low concentrations

In mice she found it took higher doses of genistein to cause the reaction, but in humans very small doses were enough.

"We were really surprised. Human sperm proved to be even more responsive than mouse sperm to genistein, responding to very low concentrations - well within the amounts that have been measured in people's blood."

She said it was not yet known how much soya might be a safe amount to avoid this effect.

"It's not a question of completely stopping eating products containing soya.

"But it might be best for a woman to avoid them for a few days around the time she is ovulating."

'Early days'

Professor Fraser's previous work in mice showed that compounds similar to genistein - one found in hop-based products like beer - affect sperm in the same way.

These compounds are all weak oestrogens, but Professor Fraser does not believe that their action on sperm is the same as the female sex hormone.

Instead, genistein seems to trigger the production of a signalling molecule in sperm called cyclic AMP.

Dr Allan Pacey, Senior Lecturer in Andrology at Sheffield University and Secretary of the British Fertility Society said: "It's early days, but clearly if what happens in the laboratory also occurs in the woman's fallopian tube as the sperm make their way to the egg, then there would be the potential for fertilisation to fail."

A spokeswoman from the Vegetarian Society said: "For anyone struggling to become pregnant, avoiding soya products for a few days a month is worth a try if there is even a slim chance that it will help increase fertility.

"Obviously many vegetarians and vegans use soya in their diet, however as there are lots of vegetarian and vegan alternatives to dairy, milk and meat on the market, it shouldn't pose a problem."

Colorectal cancer, also called colon cancer. In the United States, it is the fourth most common cancer in men and women. The colon is the part of the digestive system where the waste material is stored. The rectum is the end of the colon adjacent to the anus. Colorectal cancer causes 655,000 deaths worldwide per year. Many colorectal cancers are thought to arise from adenomatous polyps in the colon. Colon cancer often causes no symptoms until it has reached a relatively advanced stage. Cancer of the colon and rectum is the third leading cause of cancer in males and the fourth leading cause of cancer in females. The frequency of colorectal cancer varies around the world.

In most cases, colorectal cancers develop slowly over a period of several years. It is common in the Western world and is rare in Asia and Africa. Colorectal cancer is potentially a very serious condition and can be life-threatening. Symptoms can include blood in the stool, narrower stools, a change in bowel habits and general stomach discomfort. Crohn's disease of the colon, approximately 30% after 25 years if the entire colon is involved. S Crohn's disease of the colon, approximately 30% after 25 years if the entire colon is involved. These polyps may follow a bout of ulcerative colitis. Some inflammatory polyps may become cancerous, so having ulcerative colitis increases your overall risk of colon cancer.

Treatments of colorectal cancer include surgery, chemotherapy, radiation or a combination. Aspirin should not be taken routinely to prevent colorectal cancer, even in people with a family history of the disease. Chemotherapy can be used to destroy cancer cells after surgery, to control tumor growth or to relieve symptoms of colon cancer. In some cases, chemotherapy is used along with radiation the Some larger polyps may be removed using laparoscopic surgery. Radiation therapy, which also stops tumour cells from dividing and growing, may also be used as this has been shown to be beneficial to some patients.The drugs bevacizumab (Avastin), cetuximab (Erbitux) and panitumumab (Vectibix) can be administered along with chemotherapy drugs or alone.

Everywhere you turn these days, you can easily find yourself bombarded with campaigns advising you to “Go Green.” Go green to save the environment, to conserve energy… but to stop cancer? Yes, that’s right. Now, you can go green (in terms of your tea selection) to save, well… yourself!

Green tea stands apart from other teas due to its possession of a special ingredient: EGCG, or Epigallocatechin-3-gallate. This biologically-active constituent of green tea imparts numerous health benefits to its drinkers, such as alleviating rheumatoid arthritis, improving the ratio of good (HDL) cholesterol to bad (LDL) cholesterol, preventing cardiovascular disease and infection, and improving impaired immune function.[i] However, the most compelling evidence of the powers of EGCG becomes evident when examining its effects on various types of cancers.

A powerful antioxidant, EGCG has been shown to inhibit growth of ovarian cancer cells and sensitize them to certain anticancer drugs.[ii] In the laboratory where I work at Columbia University, studies have recently been published examining the mechanism by which EGCG inhibits colon cancer cell lines in vitro.[iii] Moreover, our laboratory was the first to propose a novel mechanism by which EGCG exerts anticancer effects in various experimental systems. EGCG has been proposed to target multiple components in cancer cell membranes, thereby disrupting several aspects of membrane organization and function.[iv] Myriad other laboratory studies demonstrate the natural anti-cancer effect of EGCG in the inhibition of the growth and development of tumors in a vast array of human cancers.

Overall, the results of EGCG's anticancer effects look promising. However, Dr. I Bernard Weinstein, Director Emeritus of the Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Research Center (ICRC) and head of an ICRC oncology laboratory, advises that before we can go around telling people to drink tea, more studies are needed on smaller doses. "The doses our laboratory works with are very high; the amount of EGCG we use would be the equivalent of about 8-10 cups of tea." While we cannot be sure that the benefits of EGCG hold true for lower doses, the live-saving potential of EGCG certainly exists.

Otak kita sentiasa perlu diaktifkan untuk meningkatkan dan memanjangkan keupayaannya. Otak yang sentiasa aktif akan menajamkan daya ingatan agar tidak dimakan usia.

Tidak semua aktiviti yang kita lakukan akan mengaktifkan semua bahagian otak. Sebagai contoh menonton TV hanya melibatkan bahagian kecil otak sahaja yang berfikir. Jika kita mahu otak berfikir secara keseluruhan, aktiviti-aktiviti berikut boleh membuat otak berfikir secara keseluruhan menggunakan semua bahagiannya.

Membaca menambah ilmu. Ia juga turut mengaktifkan otot untuk berfikir secara keseluruhan. Membaca dengan kuat dengan mulut menyebut satu-satu perkataan kedengaran di telinga sendiri lagi menambah aktiviti otak. Ianya merupakan aktiviti yang melibatkan banyak organ dan deria. Antaranya mulut yang bercakap, mulut yang mendengar dan otak yang berusaha untuk membaca. Aktiviti otak akan lagi bertambah apabila bacaan mulut dilakukan dengan lebih laju lagi.

latihan mudah matematik adalah umpama senaman jalan perlahan di taman dilakukan selama 1 jam 3 kali seminggu. Walaupun perlahan ia merupa senaman yang terbaik untuk sepanjang hayat. Begitu juga otak ia perlukan senaman otak yang melibatkan semua bahagian otak untuk terus mengekalkan fungsinya.

latihan mematik mudah, membaca dengan mulut adalah baik dilakukan pada waktu pagi. Waktu pagi otak masih segar dan berfungsi paling aktif.

jumlah soalan matematik adalah sebaiknya 100 soalan setiap kali latihan. Dicadangkan kertas latihan dibuat salinan sewaktu masih kosong. Latihan matematik otak ini perlu dijalankan berulang kali dengan soalan yang sama. Setiap latihan perlu diambil masa dan berapa jumlah jawapan yang betul.

Kita boleh lakukan ia dengan berselang hari. Hari lain buatlah latihan secara membaca dengan mulut.

Latihan sebegini mengambil masa. Perubahan sepatutnya dirasa selepas 60 hari. Perubahan dinilai dengan jumlah jawapan betul yang meningkat pada masa yang semakin cepat.

Satu lagi latihan matematik yang boleh dilakukan adalah sewaktu memandu kenderaan. Cuba lihat nombor kenderaan disekeliling dan campur ia untuk mendapatkan jumlahnya. Atau pada satu masa lain cuba tolakkan pula untuk mendapatkan jumlah walaupun negatif. Disamping menghilangkan kebosanan sewaktu memandu ia merupakan latihan mengaktifkan otak.


Sudoku adalah permainan penyelesaian susunan nombor yang dikatakan dapat meningkatkan keaktifan otak. Otak adalah lebih aktif apabila penyelesaian melibatkan lebih banyak anggota badan dan deria. Belilah buku Sudoku yang banyak dipasaran. Cara ini adalah lebih baik daripada menggunakan permainan sama dalam komputer.

Membaca menambah ilmu. Bukan ilmu sahaja malah otak menjadi aktif dan boleh terus kekal ketajaman sehingga hari tua.

How To Get Rid Of Flabby Arms And A Belly At Home

You've looked at yourself in the mirror and decided that no, you're not fat. There just seems to be a bit of a belly and some flabby arms that won't go away. You know that you need to do some resistance training for your belly and arms but how can you ever fit it in? You do it at home!

First, what I am about to tell you will only work on flabby arms and a pokey belly when used with a total approach to getting in shape. That means proper diet, cardio and resistance training as a system.

Lets talk about the flabby arms first. The easiest thing you can do to tighten up flabby arms and a droopy chest is the press up. I know you may have difficulty with them but that's because they are hard, but they also work VERY well. We will call the press up a pushup from now on just because that is the term that most people use. The pushup has many variations and I am sure that one of the ones I give you will be well within your ability to do until you get to the full military pushup variation and beyond.

You want to keep your core tight. What you do not want to happen is that when you push up, you look like you are peeling yourself off the floor. I call this worming. A lot of people do it when they get tired. First you will see them raise their heads, then their chest and finally their hips leave the floor. What should happen is that you contract your core so that everything from the base contact point (feet or knees) is lifted off at the same moment.

The first and easiest version of the pushup is the wall pushup. This is simply standing face into a wall and doing your pushups by pushing against the wall until you are standing straight. You lower and push over and over. If you can do 15 to 20 reps of these two to three times then it is time to go onto the second version.

The second version on the scale of difficulty in pushups is the box pushup. Instead of pushing against the wall, you will push against something that is 1-2 feet off the floor. You should probably do these with your base being your knees instead of your feet like in the full military pushup. The couch will work and so will the coffee table. Make sure you position yourself so that when you touch the couch (or whatever) in the bottom position your lower chest is the contact point. Aim for the nipples if you want an exact spot. After you can do 3 sets of 15 on this version, you are ready for the next step in your pushup evolution!

The third version on the scale of difficulty in pushups is when the pushup is done on the knees. Everything about this version is the same as the regular full pushup except that your knees do not leave the ground. This cuts out the extra weight from the knees to the toes making the pushup a little easier than the full version. Again, when you get 3 sets of 15 repetitions, you are ready to move on.

The fourth version in your journey to a full pushup is the knee pushup with a full pushup negative. Now we are getting somewhere! The trick with this version is to do your pushup as in the above version and lower yourself in the regular full pushup version. The reason you do this is because you are always stronger in the negative or lowering portion of the movement than in the positive or raising portion. So we do the heavy full pushup negative and the easier knee pushups to raise your self up. When you feel comfortable with the movement, try this to tighten up the flabby arms.
